Northeast Seafood is a proud sponsor of the Colorado Chefs Association, the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation.  On President’s Day Weekend we celebrated their annual dinner highlighting the organizations dedication to giving new chefs the education and understanding of the restaurant industry with real world experiences. The apprenticeship program was up front and center with professional Chefs Christopher Moore of The Club at Ravenna, Shaemus O’Brien of the Hilton, Greg Sever of Morning Star, and Mark Yacovetta of Valley Country Club providing on location training to students at the Awards Dinner.
